Subject: RE: Calories?From Lifestyle: 2739 This is not your BMR or RMR...but more your BMR+Lifestyle. From THIS calculator (assuming you are 30 years old), I get: BMR 2,025 RMR 1,905 Add in your extra lifestyle calories (some activity at work) and you get: 2,784 BMR, 2,619 RMR from the above link.
BT calculates 2739 for you...so about an extra 700-800 calories per day at work instead of 'in bed'. For BT, 'activities' are triathlon, strength and sports...our workouts.
