Navigating BT very slow

Over the last few days BT has been super slow navigating around.  Sometimes I give up, close the window and go back in and it is back to itself but then slows down again.  This includes logging things (workouts and nutrition) and navigating the forums.  I am not having trouble on any other site at the exact same time.  I often go to a different tab (in the same IE) and navigate around a few blogs and what not while the page is refreshing and come back when it finishes so I am comparing real time.  My pages don't time out, just take a long time to load.
