Take a look at my screen shot... just above the wording "7MileRun" you will see the word "Embed".... When I click on that it gives me this line of text... 

" <iframe src="http://connect.garmin.com:80/activity/embed/107227328" frameborder="0" width="465" height="548"> "

We don't allow embed and iframe tags in blogs for security reasons. 

The equivalent is available with the Route Tracker though.   You can look at my ride from yesterday in my blog to see an example. Just hover your mouse over the text "Quaker - 350 Loop" to see the map.
