Subject: Anyone used/using the "Be Ironfit" plan for 05/06
Has anyone used the "Be IronFit" plan from Don Fink's book? Or anyone using it for their IM in 2006?

I'm thinking about using the "Competitive plan for my IM in 2006.

Would appreciate any feedback from users of it thanks

I just bought this book today, so I can't comment on the training plans. This past year, I used Gale Bernhardt's Oly and HIM plans from her book "Training Plans for Multisport Athletes". I liked those plans. TJ

OK, guys.  I've been scheming/dreaming and pondering about attempting doing IM Fla in 07.  I have Be IronFit and like the plans in it.  For those of you that have been there and done that, do you think the "Just Finish" plan from Fink's book is enough preparation to complete an IM?  I know I could work that plan into my schedule for training, but I don't know about much more weekly training time.....

What do you guys think?

Personally, I feel that the intermediate one is about the minimum to be able to complete an IM without too much pain.
