Subject: I'M ALL TOPPED UPF!
Well it is that time of year, I have fought it for the last two weeks and yesterday started another round of anitbiotics.  Allergies are killing me and I don't like to take anyt type of decongestant when I train, so I ended up getting an ear infection.  My ENT is a personal friend  of mine and told me that if I didn't stop and rest, then I wasn't going to get well.  That just isn't easy.  Well I will crusie the board since I am under the orders and try to utilize the time wisely.  Wanting to just say no to drugs and get back to training.....................

Illness is frustrating isn't it? Maybe you could use an antihistamine or steroid nasal spray to keep the allergy symptoms under control - and then avoid the other stuff (like sinus infections and ear infections!)

I am so sorry you are suffering Micharel -- you are an inspiration to many, and count me in that number. I alwys look forward to your posts and you usually only post when you have something to say....
