Subject: Time zone
Where can I set the time zone so that my workouts are listed at the proper time.  The uploaded listed 4:41 but when the workout made it to my training log it said 10:41.

At the top of the page click Settings -> Forum Settings -> What is your local time?

There's a known issue with the upload times being off and it should be fixed very soon.

I am Eastern/NY time (UTC -5).  The training log data was +6 (it happened at 4 and it said that it happened at 10)
