Subject: Adjusting sport specific target data for training times

I'm a gold member working on a 16 week plan to get ready for Rev3 Quassy and so far all is going well.  Love the program.  However...

When I set up the initial parameters for my training program it asks for times for your swim, bike and run which I believe it uses to calculate future training times/speeds/laps based on that data.  Example;  I run a 8:30 minute mile for a 10k.  All future training seams to be based on that initial number I entered.

How do you make a change to that base information so it will recalculate future workouts based on the new data?  My swim is WAY off (too slow) and not challenging at all.  I'm adjusting it on my own but I'd rather make the correction and have it calculate future workouts correctly.

Any suggestions?

Just create a new plan with the new times and import it into your training log like you did the first plan.

OK - but that seams kinda silly.  Should be able to edit those values somehow.

Will it overwrite all of the previous workouts in the planned section?  I don't want to change what's been done.  Just change moving forward.

If you create the new plan from today's date forward it won't affect planned workouts in the past.
