Regular  61 |  Subject: Hi from Rochester NYHi all. anyone out there from this neck of the woods. i am yet to attempt my first triathlon. but i did finish my first marathon in disney while raising funds for the american stroke association. anyone thinking about doing a marathon...this is the way to go. raise some money for a good cause, let them take care of the travel, etc. and enjoy the run. it was amazing. well see you soon. |

Regular 61 | Subject: RE: Hi from Rochester NY oh i am sore bubt not too bad. i tried to stay in decent shape after the marathon. i was going to do a little something today but i am a lacrosse coach in a flegleing program that struggles and last night the ohter coaches and i "celebrated" the season. i am too old for that. not too old for training though. |
