Venting! Anyone else suffering from the complete chaos that has resulted from the UA / CO merger. It is impossible to find anything on the new web site, hold times are huge, service is dropping. Grrrrr. Might be time to take my 150,000 miles / year over to Delta and Sky Team.

Sharing in the pain. I'm down to only 75-80k per year but still spend too many hours in airports. Unfortunately I fly out of Newark, so I'm stuck with them. I yearn for the day I have no airline status.

Complete CRAP.  esp flying thru Houston in the dreaded hellhole of gate B84 where they have 24 flights going out of one gate with a 4 hole toilet and ONE electrical outlet no place to buy food or drink and of course all the flights are delayed and you can't leave because they might decide to fly.  In 2 weeks the mess up 5 of 8 flightsm canceld one andhad 3 broken planes onw of which had to make an emergency landing as it had lost its steering. AWESOME

I used to like Continental.  UA just ruined it.
