Subject: How do you "rest" during run intervals?My training plan calls for interval work on the run. Today I'm supposed to do LT threshold intervals of 5x6' with 3' rest. The HR and Z are specified for the interval part, but what do i do during the rest interval? Go back to warmup pace? Stop completely?
