Subject: Garmin Not Uploading..help!

Hi, So, I just started training again and want to upload my training onto the site.  Its been over a year since i used my garmin and I am not sure if I am forgetting something or if it just not working.

It isn't recognizing my garmin at all on my computer.  I have the plug in downloaded but it isnt finding the usb stick/device when I try and upload.  What am I doing wrong or is maybe the USB stick? 

I have the Garmin set to pairing and all that, so I know that's not the issue.  Ugh..I am stumped! Please help

Did you install Ant Agent?  You need to have that installed so that the computer can recognize the Ant stick.  If you do have it installed Right click on the taskbar icon and enable "Pair with new devices".  It will then look for your watch, when the watch sees it, you have to acknowledge the communications on the watch side.

It could be the USB stick but there are some things to check first. Make sure you have the latest version of ANT Agent installed on the computer, in addition to Garmin Communicator.  Once that's done, plug in the stick and set the device to Force Send? Yes.  That should get the them talking to each other.
