Subject: Help ! I signed up for a beginner program last week...
When I signed up about a week ago, the first workout was 26 min on bike, 13 min run. I missed the workout, so that workout then appeared on my calendar a week later. On July 3, my program dictated a 40 minute ride. I rode that distance but entered my workout on the fourth, and the 40 minute bike workout is gone ! Whan I looked last night it showed 40 minutes on the bike today. When I woke up, it showed a 20 minute run instead !


Who's messing with me ???

Hmmmm...are you moving workouts around using the 'move' function? 

If you miss a workout, it doesnt move to a different time unless you move it yourself in your 'planned training.'

OR you are in the wrong view (planned versus actual) causing some of the 'moving workouts'

I attached current screeenshots of your 'actual' calendar TOP and your 'planned' calendar BOTTOM, give me some more details and we will clear this up.

So I am reading you did a 40min ride on the 3rd, and a 200yd swim on the 4rth.  You had a 20min swim planned for monday and a 40minutes ride planned for Tuesday, nothing planned for today, the 5th.

Your next workout is a 20min run tomorrow the 6th confirmed by your regular 'blog' 4 day planned training forecast.

Give me some more details and will get you fixed up.

I accidentally recorded my work on the 3rd, on the page listing for the 4th, then moved it.

Hmm, since I moved what I did, did that move my planned workout too ? UYYI YI !

As for the "planned" part, I just plugged in a plan and am trying to follow along. I am not sure if can modify the plan as I haven't tried.

THis site is excellent, but definitely complicated !

I looks like the plan stayed as-is, you just logged the bike on the third...which can certainly be edited.

You can also definitely move 'planned' workouts so your plan lines up with more of how you will be training, see.   Just make sure you are in 'planned training' before moving anything.
