Subject: RE: Goodyear, AZI love the West Valley (where Goodyear is located ). Housing prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of dining/shopping/entertainment options, as well as plenty of places to train. A major consideration when selecting a community is your commute. If you have to go east, I-10 is a big headache. Try to locate close to where you expect to work, as traffic here can be brutal. I live in Surprise (due north of Goodyear ) and am very happy here.
