Lansky has a decent sharpening set if you do not know how to do it by hand. Much better than anything a store will do. Just takes a little finger grease. If you want a polish, then you go down in polishing compounds until you get what you want. If you can take it apart do so. Other wise just scrub away. Oil it up, call it good.
