Is there a way to upload gpx files? or convert them to a friendly format?

Was this purely for the mapping area (My Routes)?  If so, there is a gpx file upload option when you create a new route.

It was the format Nike spits out, I found a site Syncmetrics that will automate syncing between multiple sites, then I can link it to training peeks, I might write my own service if I get bored.
