Subject: Anyone doing Raleigh 70.3?
Last 70.3 was back in 2010. Ill be there but under prepared to say the least. Will be a long day for me I'm sure.
haven't followed a training plan, with a new baby and a crazy work schedule, it's been a challenge to follow any plan.

The wife and I will both be there for our first 70.3. Very excited but nervous because it sounds like a tough course.

I'll be there.
As will 9 or 10 of my teammates.
This will be my first 70.3 since 2013. I was injured in a bike crash that found a brain tumor in 2014 and took out a big chunk of 2015 as well.
But I am amped !
There is a girl on our team that will be racing, that was going to try and qualify for worlds at this race, but, she already did at IMPR 70.3
Should be fun as long as it doesn't get pow hot.

I'm in. 4th year in a row and my least prepared year.

You might have seen it already on the FB page but if any of you new to the race are interested, I wrote up a race overview that hits on a lot of the common questions. Not sure the best way to share it from a technological standpoint. Maybe PM me?
