Subject: 1.25.17 What Up Wednesday!

Good morning BT!

4:15am:  :45 minute run with 6X2:00 hard efforts my main set

5:00am:  :50 minutes on the bike trainer: main set isolated leg drills + 5X1:00 high cadence drills

Efficient use of my morning!

Good morning!

Had a nice morning for walking the dog, a thick fog rolled in and it was nice and cool.  After I did the 5 minute CP test on the trainer, I haven't sucked wind that hard in a long time!  Decided yesterday that I'm going to do a St/ Patty Metric Century ride so it's time to focus on the biking.

Back at it today. Easy 20' run at 5:40. Easy 1,000 yard swim at lunch. Theme of the week: easy!

1 hour pool workout this am (ladder sets)

90 minute ride this afternoon with 30 minute at 100% effort. All the rest at Z2.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
