Subject: 8.7.17 Monday Morning!Hey BT! 7:15am: 5X5 strong lift 8:30am: :35 minutes on the bike trainer, various intervals My ride up to Angel Lake yesterday was fantastic--made that much better by my friend's boyfriend who had camped up there the night before. After all that climbing we showed up to steak, sweet potatoes, and grilled veggies at his campsite. Karen, that sounds painful!!!
