Subject: 3.15.18 Thursday Already!Good morning BT! This week is flying by! 4:45am: :45 minute easy run 5:30am: strength + core B.K. when I read your first post I was like 'holy crap!' Then I saw the edit, lol! I didn't make my second run last night. I have narcolepsy and towards 3:30pm I knew I was going to have a massive sleep episode. Let hubby and daughters know I was going down for the count. Went to bed at 3:45pm and woke up this morning at my alarm. It was a doozy! Have a great Thursday all! |
