Pre-race routine:

Got everything laid out. Had to find a new spot, because someone moved my Transition stuff. Got body marked and picked up the timing chip. Went to the bathroom a few times. I got there two hours before the race, so there was a lot of waiting.

Just some streaching.

I passed some people from the two waves ahead of me. I was the last wave.

Comments:

I was passed by one person and I passed a lot of other people. Near the end of the ride I passed the person who passed me. At one point I was only going about ten with the headwind, but when I turned around I was going 25 with the tailwind.

I was a little dizzy after the ride.

Comments:

I walked most of the way, but I had someone to talk to. They needed more water stations. There was one in the middle of the run and then at the end they made you walk about a 1/2 mile to get more water.

Walked around and then colapsed.

They needed more aid stations and more first aid stations. I had problems with my eyes at the end and could not find a medic.
