Subject: Drivetrain Lube recommendations
I am looking for recommendations on what you all use to lubricate your drivetrain. I've always used a wet, spray on but I keep seeing White lightening always rated among the best as a good dry lube. I live in AZ, so it's very dry and dusty here and I've read that dry lubricants are best for this climate.

I also have a tri bike and mtn bike so ideally I'd like to have a lubricant that works well for both types of riding. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

I have recently switched to Rock and Roll Gold lube which is supposed to be suitable for most conditions. I have been quite impressed. Very quick and easy to apply. You just apply it to the chain at the casette, freewheel backwards for a bit, and then give the chain a good wipe clean. It cleans and lubes.

I second Rock and Roll Gold. I just switched over to it on my gravel bike and it’s working great under some tough conditions. Be sure to read the instructions though as the application is a bit different. It cleans the chain along with lubricating so you need to back pedal really quick after applying and then clean off any remaining gunk.

I've been using NFS for a few years now, and find it to be VERY effective, use a lot less than anything else I've ever tried, while it lasts longer. As a bonus, it makes a very good cutting oil for hand milling.
