Wondering if anyone has the 13 weeks to 13 hour plan by Gale Bernhart. I found it on line last year through BT, but a bike crash and some broken bones = no race, but am now getting geared up for 2019 and can't seem to find it.
Does anyone by chance have the link to the plan, or have info on where to find it.
I did it for my first 140.6. Seemed to work as advertised. ..I finished in 13:30. The plan is suppose to get you to finish somewhere between 13:00 and 13:59. Very little details, just a spreadsheet with some notes, but it was all I needed for my first 140.6 back in 2014.
