Speed day
wu: 250 continuous.
main: 8 x 100 hard, then 2x 75 all out. (100s at T pace, 75s at Tpace -5seconds)
cd: 150 easy

What is t pace?

How long is the rest between these hard drills?

Thanks

T-Pace is determined from a 1000 yard swim test done for time.  It's time/ the number of 100 you swam. If you swam 20:00 for 1,000 yards, then your T-Pace would equal 20:00/10 for a T-Pace of 2:00 per 100

This and other training plan terms can be found in this article

Do a full recovery between these sets.

I'm using a BT training program now that measures T-pace on 500 yds.  Try looking back in your planned training schedule to find the last time trial (TT) day.  It should tell you whether the T-pace is on 1000 or 500 yds.

The plans also give suggested rest time, for example:

3 x 100 on :15 sec rest

Happy training...
