FS: Very lightly used HED 3's, 650c, Clincher (Shimano DA 9-sp hub).  I am second owner.  170 race miles, some test miles, excellent condition.  Both wheels run true.  I just got these, but when it rains it pours (I came across a Powertap & Zipp wheel combo deal I couldn't pass up, right after I took delivery of these).  My redundancy is your gain.  Package includes:

- 1x Hed 3 rear wheel
- 1x Hed 3 front wheel
- Shimano DA 9 spd hubs
- 2x Kenda Koncept (brand new) tires (and tubes)

Asking $800.00 shipped and insured to CONUS via UPS Ground.  Check prices for new HED 3's--even used on eBay--and compare.
