Subject: Question about shoesHello! I am just beginning to train...I am basically on the "couch to tri" program. Currently, I am doing a walk to run program just trying to build up to running. My question is, while I am doing just walking, should I get walking shoes or use the running shoes I have? I have gotten conflicting advice on this and just want to hear some opinions! One other thing....when I began training several months ago, I developed a HORRIBLE case of shin splints so I want to make sure I train correctly this time. Becky |
