Subject: RE: Printable weight SheetsYes, the easiest way to do this is to probably log your weeks weight training ahead of time in your 'actual training' and leave the weight, reps and/or sets blank. To print out a weekly empty template, just go to the links at the top: the 'blog' link then the 'actual strength' link. There is a print button at the bottom. OR you can do the same thing but have it in your 'planned' training so that your actual log stays 'empty' for upcoming workouts. Let us know how it works or if any questions on this. |
