Subject: Uploading photos to albums

Just curious what you all do when you take a digital picture in high resolution (say 4 or 5 megapixels) and then try to load to BT.  I know there are programs out there to shink the size but I have tried to use them and get get them small enough to load to BT.  I really had to keep changing my camera setting from low to high resolution.

I always take a high res picture and then use either Picasa or http://www.resize2mail.comto generate a smaller res version to upload to the albums.

I'm trying to upload files from Picasa, and they're between 18 and 23KB.  I'm getting the error message that the image size is too big.  320x240?
