Subject: RE: 10 in 4 challengeAlright, I'm glad we have a few more challengers. The more people the more motivated we'll all be to stick with it.
I'm equating this to doing a marathon at the end of an ironman. I often hear to take it one mile at a time for 26.2 times.
Well dieting and putting numerous days together is always tough for me so I'm going to try and adapt that model of 26 one mile runs or one day of consistent good nutrition and exercise but do it for 26 times.
My end date for this challenge will be September 6th, which is my next tri, so I have technicially 26 days to complete the challenge.
I figure that if I ever expect to complete a marathon, I should be able to suck it up and put together 26 days of eating well and consistent training.
I'm feeling good after two days and looking forward to tackling the remaining 24 days.
Thanks to all for joining and keep at it.
Four weeks will be here before you know it. |
