Subject: problem with winter maintenance plan

I am not sure what day of the winter maintenance plan I am on but todays workout did not make sense because the times did not add up to 40 minutes. Please check on this.


Run Hill Repeats

MS: Then run 8x2' up a hill. HR on the uphills can hit low Z4. Your recovery is 4' very easy. Keep HR in Zone 1-2 otherwise. This can be done on a treadmill, outside hill, or Stair Master.

CD: After you are done get 15' cd. Stretch when done and add in Core 1, 2 or 3.

John, go by the workout details. The overall volume number is put in separately and is a typo that we missed. We'll get the overall volume value corrected in the training plan database.

IMHO,I think the workout details are wrong.The total volume # of 40 minutes is in line w/the workouts I have been doing.

Got it, I replaced it with an endurance run in the master plan.  There were 2 sessions of hill workouts weeks before, so instead of another one, I made it an endurance run as the minutes would have been too far off if I kept it as a hill.
