Somewhat new to the site. Preparing for my second season. Completed 2 Sprints and a HIM last season. Scheduled for 4 Sprints, a 14 mile ascent, and 2 HIM's this year. I have my training plan "from here, THANK YOU VERY MUCH"

I am constantly on the go, rarely eat a normal meal at home.

Chili's,
Chipotle,
Noodles & Company,
Heidi's Deli, etc.

Are all normal weekly food stops.

I don't care too much about calorie granularity but would like a simple list of foods broken down into food groups that are healthy and yet assist in giving me strength to perform in my training regiment. Any suggestions?

About a dozen great articles on eating as an endurance athlete, that should give you a good start.

Couple of things,

1. Thanks, I will check out the URL

2.  I grew up in Mt. Gilead, so it is good to hear from another Midwest bro

3. I jump around the site and might post a few questions or comments.  I get lost and have trouble finding out where I made my post and if anyone has responded.  Am I missing something?

There's an easy way to keep track of your recent threads.

Click on ' New Threads at the top of the forums. At the top of the list of threads displayed is a link called 'Show My threads'. This will have a list of all of the threads you've posted to recently. You could even make this link a Bookmark in your browser.
