Subject: Basic Nutrition HelpOK
Somewhat new to the site. Preparing for my second season. Completed 2 Sprints and a HIM last season. Scheduled for 4 Sprints, a 14 mile ascent, and 2 HIM's this year. I have my training plan "from here, THANK YOU VERY MUCH"
I am constantly on the go, rarely eat a normal meal at home.
Chili's,
Chipotle,
Noodles & Company,
Heidi's Deli, etc.
Are all normal weekly food stops.
I don't care too much about calorie granularity but would like a simple list of foods broken down into food groups that are healthy and yet assist in giving me strength to perform in my training regiment. Any suggestions?
