Subject: Email question for your computer peeps.

Hey guys and gals, how do I change my default email?  Often times when I come across a "contact us" link and click it, it brings up an old MS Office email program.  I typically only use AOL mail.  Is there a way to change it so my AOL mail editor comes up rather than MS Office?

In XP:

Start---> Set Program Access and Defaults. 

OK, but when I go there it does not give me any email option; only Outlook and "use my current email program".  When I choose "use my current" it goes to Outlook again.

This is actually set from within the browser you are using.  From Internet Explorer 7:

Tools Menu -> Internet Option -> Programs Tab -> Email Drop down

Change it to whatever EMail app you want.  If does not show up there in the list, then you probably need to re-install AOL. 

If you are in another browser, the procedure is similar, but menus are different of course.
