my girls raced today!

Jill!  Your girls are awesome!  They are sooooooo cute   I think that the KOS program is amazing and I hope that one day my son might be interested in trying it out and having some fun.

Jacqueline did the Whistler Kids tri in May (Delaney was ONE week too young to enter that one).  They did have lots of fun - Jacqueline ran the whole 1K (she walked a majority of the whistler tri 1.5 k due to bad cramps).....she actually got a bad cramp this time too - but still ran the whole thing(but in the video you can see that for a couple minutes she was not happy at the end)  **I am uploading a couple short video clips to facebook too if you check back later**.

She did Whistler in 39 minutes (100m/4.5k/1.5k) - so a slightly longer course - by .8k (and the the bike was hillier)...but she was less 24 minutes today!

I was actually quite concerned for her at the finish because she was 'acting' just like she did a couple of weeks ago when she fainted (right out cold) in the shower....fortunately the cramping passed in a couple of minutes and she was fine by the time her sister started her race a few minutes later.
