Anyone registered for the Great Floridian IM distance race on October 25?  Anyone done this beofre and can offer advice?

You can go back and read my RR from 2005....I also did the half there in 2003.

 

Let's just say I wasn't impressed either time and coming off of an M-dot event you probably won't be either.

I did it last year. I though it was great, but then I don't really care about all the hoopla around an M-dot race and I don't like crowds.

Dude.. or in your case Dude-ette.. that just rocks that you are doing another IM in a couple of months.. you going for three 140.6's next year

I wish!!!  Might have to take a year off.  Although Andy got his Harley this year, he is really wanting a baby.  The Harley was just buying me time! That means not signing up for a race a year in advance until we see what happens.  Maybe I can buy more time by getting him the cool exhaust pipes you mentioned....hummm.......  :-) 

Plan on doing more IM in the future.  What about a double?
