Subject: Garmin Training Center

When I connect my forerunner 305 to my PC the Training Center opens automatically. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Ha!  Mine used to, but now it doesn't.  I wish it DID!

It seemed to stop when I downloaded the latest version.  May want to check if you are current.  It may fix the problem.

It's easy.  I think in the HELP pulldown, there is a "check for updates"... click and go.

In the system tray (bottom right where the clock and MSN messenger are) there is a Garmin icon.  This launches training centre when it "sees" your GPS connected.  You can right click on this and disable it.

Mine didn't (and I liked it that way) until I installed the latest version...now it does.
