I did this race this past weekend. Wow...what a painful race. 4 races in 24 hours.
Friday Night 5K
Saturday Morn 1 mile, 2 mile
Saturday Night 5K

This is alot tougher that just racing or training with one run a day or every other day.
Some of the people here do the Tour de Pain in Jacksonville, FL - similar concept.

Any other places have races similar to this??

There's a Tour de Pain in Rochester too. 5K, then a 1600, then a 400 if I remember correctly.

Did you finish 2nd in the last race?  I was following the race on my bike.  Good job.  I wanted to race it, but had work to do Saturday and Sunday.

To bad you worked on Saturday....sometimes its not how you race but who shows up. If I could get more good people to stay home, I could win a lot more races.

flmonk==If you were riding the mountain bike and the cool bike shoes (aka flip flops) I saw you. I finished 4th in the last race.
