HIT (High Intensity Training Center) Open House

Just an FYI -
I wanted to pass this along. HIT ROCKS, it is a very interesting type of training, obviously tailored to you and your needs. Alot of people have asked about it and I try and answer questions as best as I can but what better way to find out about it but an OPEN HOUSE!

They will be holding SPECIALS as well and from what I hear there are some GREAT DEALS!
