Subject: Zipp 909 Tubular Racing Wheels - $1300 + shipping

One set of well cared for Zipp 909 tubular race wheels (2002 model). The wheels have always been stored indoors in race bags and off the floor.
The wheels are Shimano compatible for 10 speed gear sets (700c).
Similar Zipp 909 are going for $1600-$1700 on eBay, and if you wanted a new set...that's $2250 plus $30 in S/H from TriSports, plus an additional $200 on tires. Who can afford that?
Or, you can just grab this set before next year's season as a great Holiday gift and not have to worry about tire. I will even throw in a spare tubular and a Zipp race wheel bag.

Is the wheelset still available? 

If so, is there any damage to them?  I know the scratches and gouges that rocks have made on my current wheelset.  How many miles are on the rims?  What make are the tires and spare, how old are they, how many miles on them and what condition are they in?  I assume valves are included, skewers are not?  Is the Zipp bag a single or double?  What do you estimate the shipping costs to Maryland will be?

To answer your questions:

Is the wheelset still available? Yes

If so, is there any damage to them? No, no scratches, dinks, or gouges.

How many miles are on the rims? About 500

What make are the tires and spare, how old are they, how many miles on them and what condition are they in? 

Front is a Vittoria Corsa Evo Cx about 3 years old with about 250 miles and in good condition.

Disc is a Continental Grand Prix 4000 about 1 year old with 112 miles and in great condition.  I only rode it at IMAZ.

Spare- I cannot find (we are moving and it is packed but I will get it after this weekend).

I assume valves are included, skewers are not? That is correct

Is the Zipp bag a single or double? I have two, one is a single Zipp and the second is a TNI Race Wheel bag.

What do you estimate the shipping costs to Maryland will be?  I will have to get back to you on this after I get a quote.
