I anticipated that the data would be lost, and re-entered the data from my hrm/ personal weight training schedule, and memory. If you can find it great, if not, no worries. Some of the detailed comments will be lost, but the mins., miles, yards info should be alright. Too bad you don't have an "undo last operation" button for dumb a**es like me!
