Subject: WTB Size 48 bike shoes
Figured I'd throw this out there. Looking for my first set of bike shoes (road or tri). Size 48 shoes for Look cleats. I have tried on Sidi, Shimano, and Specialized with good luck. The Pearl Izumis were too small. Thanks for you help in getting me outfitted.

I wear a size 48 too.  Had good luck finding them on the Nashbar site.  I know I stopped at a Performance Bike in Chicago and they had 3-4 different pairs of 48s in stock.  Ordering online doesn't allow you to try them on first but at least you can find the right size.

Depends on what they are regarding price. I am trying to spend less then $100 right now. What do you have?
