Is anyone having as bad a year with theirs as I am having with mine.

I had a recurrent sinus infection for several months. Finally got over it and got to training. Now, three weeks into training AND IT'S BACK!! OMG, Really!!!

Went to cycle today and almost passed out on the bike. My avg heart rate was 173. I couldn't control my breathing like I normally do. Awww crap. I have a tri in 8 days and hope I am able to breathe quickly. What do I do??

What part of the country are you in? I'm in Indiana and I'm having an awful time. Allergies are leading to sinus issues and those are triggering my Asthma. Now, I haven't had too many issues with biking and running but swimming has been awful! So far I'm training through it but I may go visit the doc next week. I've got a tri next weekend! Hang in there. Hopefully things will improve.

I am having a really bad year with my sinuses, everytime the start to get better BAM they hit me a again. Some days traing feels good and some days I can barly run a mile without feeling like I am gonna pass out.
Sucks, but I do feel good on sunny dry days.

I live in North Carolina and we had a wetter than normal winter. Which has led to our worst pollen season on record for quite a while. At least in the last 12 springs I have lived here. It sucks royally.

I am starting to feel a bit better today and hoping that By tuesday it is good.
