Going Long by Gordo Byrn, Swim Bike Run (I forgot author), Many have will recommend Friel's book - for some reason I have read them but find the other ones a little less picture filled and a little better overall, but still a good read.  Gordo Learned a lot from Friel before writing his book, but I find Gordo's to be the better.
