It's a road near deep creek, MD and it is on the Savageman HIM course, not on the Olympic.

Though if you ride up in that area there are some nice hills all over the place.

Specifically it is Rock Street in Westernport MD. The part you see in videos is more specifically Rock Street between Poplar and Spruce, this is the final block of the 4 block Westernport Wall

not a bad hill.. According to BT route tracker, it's 49 feet gain in 264 feet of run making it a 19% grade.  Pretty tough to do when a TT bike's "little ring" is in the low/mid 40's or so, not to mention you guys don't even usually have much of a climbing gear in the rear.
