Subject: Tri Bike for Bigger Build
I'm finally looking to upgrade from my entry level road bike to a decent tri bike. However, I was wonder if there were any tri bikes that have a less aggressive position. I'm heavy through the arms and shoulders and an agressive position puts a lot of weight on my elbows and gets uncomfortable after a while. Are there any bikes or geometry that would have me putting a little less pressure on myself while aero?

I thought the Kestrel bikes were less aggressive in design. And 08 models are going fairly cheap on bikesdirect.

BMC TT02/3s have a longer headtube than many other brands (w/ comparable top tubes lengths) and slacker seat tube angle (more traditional angle). I have a TT03 (xl) frameset I'm considering parting with if you're looking to build up.

Check out the Orbea Ora too, you can get them pretty reasonably priced, lots of flexibility in set up and I have found to be pretty comfy to ride

What size do you need?

The main reason I'm getting rid of this bike is I couldn't get aggressive enough on it. It does have a great comfortable titanium ride and good stffness in the bottom bracket.
