Subject: Edge Upload Problems
I used the search feature, but there was just to much stuff to read. So I'll ask. I want to start uploading my runs, and rides from Garmin TC. I use a forerunner 405 for runs and an edge 705 for the bike. I can upload from the watch easily, but for some reason my edge does not show up as a device in the training log. I click on find devices, but only the watch is found. Any ideas?

When was the last time you upgraded your installation of Communicator? Try updating it to the latest version and see if that does the trick.

Installed the upgrade and still no luck. Any other ideas?

Aha! Figured it out. The edge has to actually be usb's to the computer for the device to be found. It's usually something simple.
