Subject: Site just quits responding
I have always had a problem with this site just stopping.  I will hit enter, save, etc. and it will say loading but just sit there for anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes.  I don't think it is my internet connection because while this site is doing nothing, I can open other windows and surf other internet sites with no slow down or delay at all.  It will even stop responding when trying to change from say, training log to forums, or when trying to open a forum up to read or respond.

I am using XP on one computer and Vista Home Premium on the other.  Both computers I use Firefox as the browser.

Any suggestions or help?

I apologize that I missed this.

So essentially when you try to post anything to your training log there is the delay and also if you go from training logs to the forums?

When you navigate any other parts of the site (just surfing the forums or articles), is it slow to respond?

Yeah, basically just navigating from post to post or from the forums to the training log or anywhere within the site, it is very slow.  I am currently reading some posts in the forum and it will be fine, then out of nowhere, it will take 30 seconds to a minute to open the page.

It also happens when I am updating the training log.

I can however open another internet window while this site is slow,  and the new one will be just fine, no delays or slowness.

Try emptying your browser cache and deleting temporary files. That solves most slow browsing problems.

Let us know the results.

I will give that a shot. It seems to happen mostly when I use Firefox, and not so on IE, but I hate IE so I very rarely use it
