Subject: First Tri this morning.
Well I did my first triathlon this morning in Lenior NC.  250m swim, 15 mile bike, and 5k run.  Finished 47 out of about 200 with a time of 1 hour and 24 min.  Better then I thought.  Its always a good feeling when your putting your bike up  30 min after you finish and people are still finishing the race...
