hey there everyone i live in the muskoka parry sound, small town near huntsville, area of ontario and need a training buddy just to keep me motivated going trough the winter and ready for next season. Maybe ill keep you motivated too lol. I just started tri this year and ran two mini tri's this year. I'm 27 a decent swimmer and allright biker but still ride my old mountain bike and a most horrible runner (yeah i need your help there). So anyone who needs a traing buddy to give me a shout, and you live in the area that would be even better.

did you find anyone to train with? Muskoka is a fanastic place to train. all those rolling hills really give a great workout for both the bike and run segments!

I'm move up to that area to train in a heart beat !! Just need to find a job up there first ;-)

Not yet sadly, but yes its defintly beautiful up here and a great place to train when there isnt 4 ft of snow lol. I'm still doing my running outside so thats pretty darn good. So when you come up here ill be your training buddy. good luck in your next year.

Nickih, 

You planning on doing Gravenhurst again?   I'm still trying to plan my races this year.  If I was up there I'd train with you.  Though you're tougher than me.  Once the temp goes below 10C I'm in the basement on the treadmill.  Couldn't imagine running in 4ft of snow.

haha shilster you wimp (jk). Nope i just love the outdoors, anytime i can get outside i will. But the early stages of frostbite hurt lol. Today was a beautiful winter day so I went out for a run. I need to get back in the pool and biking again so youll beat my again next year in Gravenhurst. See ya next year.
