Subject: copying a strength day
I want to copy one of my strength days to another day.  I see how to copy it but I cannot figure out how to get it into the new day.  How do I do that?  Note, for copy I assume I just hover the thing in the calendar until that little display thing pops up and click on copy.  I haven't found a different way.

I know I can make it a template and then import the template but I'd end up with so many templates if I did that.

ugh, I must be doing something wrong cause I try that and it keeps moving it.  I am sure it is a human/keyboard interface problem.

I'm not sure what you mean by the part that I bolded.

It is not copying, it is physically moving it from Monday to the day I am trying to copy it to.  Behaves just like the feature that allows you to move planned workouts around from one day to another, so it no longer shows up on the original day.  So I keep moving it back to the original day.  But, I didn't notice this until too late but it seemed like it did something cause my strength routine from 30 minutes to 5 hrs and 30 mins but the routine itself was no longer there (no logged exercises).  I have reset it all though.
