Subject: nutrition logging updating?are you working on updating your nutrition logging? it is really time consuming. It would be nice to have a general place to enter the amount of calories i consume versus expend. to manually enter. currently i find the calorieking database system with a drag and drop feature (not web based ) , or the nutrimirror.com (web based ) or the fitday.com (computer based ) the best programs for managing food consumed. with fitday you can tab across and it has drag and drop areas and a split screan.. so as you enter data graphs at the bottom are automatically updated. the nutrimirror is similar too.. though the fitday has the best graphs. but for now it would be nice to manually enter the total calories consumed versus expended versus weightloss.. and have it graph out so i could have all of my data in one place. |
