Subject: Essex County Tri...Saturday run?
Just wondering if anyone wants to run on Saturday...I will be going for the Swim at St clair college from 6:30am til 8:30 and was thinking of heading over to Malden Park for a nice Saturday morning trot.
If anyone else is intrested meet up at the clubhouse there for 9:00am (or at the pool @ 6:30am)

Looks like the social running group will be there also;


Saturday Morning Run up to 10 miles. To be followed by a warm atmossphere of breakfast at Jakes on Malden Rd.

I went to the swim but had to skip the run. Let me know when the next social run is and I will try to join you. Really need to get used to running in the cold.

Hey Jeff, I'm not trying to make excuses but I'm still working Saturday mornings for the time being so unfortunately (or fortunately) I had to miss both (swim and run). I will try to make the next one.

Tuesday Night Slippery Hills

Don't miss your hill workout Tuesday. Fun filled hilly run...tripping and sliding. May not be fast but we will run those hills loops.

Boxing Saturday Morning Run



For all those non-shopper on Boxing Day. We will be holding a Saturday morning run on the trails. But if the trails are too messy to run on we will run the roads surrounding Malden Park.
Breakfast at Jake to follow.
Come and join us, hopefully in the snow!
